Nitor’s challenge was to bring together their employees, a group of specialised consultants and account executives, into an integrated team as quickly as possible and to establish Nitor’s culture and market differentiation for the team and clients.

BCP Brighton
Brighton and Hove Business in the Community Partnership (BCP) brings together commercial, community and voluntary sector organisations to support community development and encourage social enterprise.
Springboard Coaching were invited to work with BCP on their leadership and team development to raise the organisation’s profile and mission in a contemporary and compelling style.
The first step was 1:1 coaching with the Director of BCP to define her leadership style and vision for BCP. Workshops were then run with the team to:
- Define the values for BCP and the team
- Repositioning of BCP – redefining the organisations mission and vision
Springboard Coaching then worked with BCP on a new brand communications brief for the BCP relaunch. Springboard continues to coach both the Director of BCP and other team members.
