Confidentiality
The coaching relationship is a privileged one. Honesty and authenticity are important for both sides and essential to define where you are now, where you want to be in the future and what steps you need to take to get you there. Confidentiality is key and Springboard makes sure that all our work with clients is confidential.
As a Founding Member of the UK Association for Coaching and a Member of the International Coaching Federation we adhere to the Code of Ethics and Good Practice as defined and agreed by both professional bodies. Ethics
Like most people, we think actions speak louder than words. This has never been more true of our world, its people and how we look after them both. As well as high ethical standards in our work, we contribute what we can to make the world a more sustainable and ethical place.
We support The Smile Train a charity which helps children who need cleft palate and lip surgery in Third World countries.
We also support ‘We are what we do’ a fast growing charity whose mission is to motivate us to think about the way we live and change a few things we do. Plus fun ways to help us protect our planet. And it’s not just for adults, it’s for kids too!
